FAQ - EZTR - The Rain Cap will not enter to the full depth (The Rain Cap is not seating properly). What might be happening?

Make sure that the rain cap, diffuser*2, and diffuser gasket*3are all properly mounted. If each is confirmed to be correct, remove them to verify that the cut length matches the rain cap on the cutting guide. Also verify that the rain cap is in good condition.
